Return Eligibility

We accept returns and replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Please note that products showing signs of use or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Clearance or discounted items (if marked non-returnable)


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.


Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. Customers must share:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Packaging images

This helps us process the request quickly and efficiently.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.

  • If the product received is damaged or incorrect, Zapsil will bear the return shipping cost.
